Sew the Ferris fanny pack, a handy and hands free pack in three sizes. Keep the essentials close by on socially distanced walks or during your curbside pickup. Students should be comfortable setting up and sewing straight lines independently, and have previous experience using a paper pattern. We will cover sewing zippers, lining, and adding common hardware.

Fabric pieces should be cut prior to class.

Required Materials:

The Ferris pattern (in shop or pdf from the designer)

1/2-3/4 yd Exterior Fabric (light to midweight- quilting cotton, canvas, etc) for the size you're making

1/2- 3/4 yd Interior Fabric (lightweight- quilting cotton recommended) for the size you're making

1/2-3/4 yd Fusible Fleece for the size you're making

Zippers for the size pouch you're making (pocket and flap)

Zipper foot for your sewing machine
