Worsted to Aran weight yarn for the size you're knitting
US 8/ 5mm needle (16" or 24" circular recommended)
1 set of matching dpns for sleeves.
US 6 or 4mm needle (16" or 24" recommended)
4 stitch markers
tapestry needle
2 stitch holders or pieces of scrap yarn for sleeves
three 5/8-inch or 1.5cm buttons, or more if desired
