Sew Your Own: Lander Pants IN PERSON

  • Freeman's Creative LLC 2020 Chapel Hill Road #25 Durham, NC, 27707 United States (map)

Sew the Lander Pants (or shorts!) and gain new sewing skills! We will learn basic fit adjustments to size and length, as well as construction skills for waistbands, pockets, and button flys. Students should be comfortable sewing by machine and maintaining a seam allowance, and have experience sewing from a pattern. We will cut our fabric together in class. If you anticipate needing assistance with fit adjustments such as a larger hip to waist ratio, you can wait to cut your pattern pieces in class, but you may have additional sewing homework.

Instructor: Erin West

Materials:

The Lander Pants pattern (Paper copies size 0-18 or PDF up to size 32)

Mid to heavyweight fabric for your size (Prewashed!)
