Join us on Saturday, November 12 from 12-5 pm for a fiber-focused fall festival. We’ll have vendors, demos, food, festivities, and even an alpaca stopping by!
Vendors:
Fully Spun - marled mill-spun and hand-dyed yarns for color-lovers!
IONA clothing - beautifully designed + hand-dyed apparel (from our sewing instructor Shaerie!)
Junkyarn - dyes yarn inspired by women
Little Dog Print Shop - print-making studio inspired by nature
Little Fox - luxury hand-dyed yarn from Richmond, VA
A Piece of Quiet Quilts- this local long-arm quilter will have quilts and sewn goods as well as info about quilting services
Community:
Piedmont Fibershed - building a regional fiber system in the Piedmont of NC
The ReCollective - resisdential pickup service for hard-to-recycle items. They will be collecting textile recycling at the event! Bring a bag of scraps, sign up for their newsletter, and keep textiles out of the landfill!
The Perpetual Motion Spinners- this group of spinners will be set up with their wheels, spinning fiber into yarn!
Festivities:
Wonderpuff - magic + sugar = cotton candy
The Poetry Fox - a giant fox who bangs out custom poems on a vintage typewriter (12-2 pm)
Bellwether Hollow - this mini fiber farm is bringing an alpaca, angora rabbit and fiber demos!
The Tiny Fire - tattooing crafty flash from 12:30-6:30. Check out the link to see previous work

Neighbors:
Our neighbors at Bright Black will be opening their Scent Showroom for the afternoon!
We may limit capacity in the shop during this high-traffic event. We require masks in the shop. We have extras on hand, but we appreciate it when you bring your own! Masks are not required for outdoor events, but please be respectful of the personal space and comfort levels of those around you.
Please note: We will not be able to wind yarn during the day on Saturday. You may leave yarn to be wound and we can notify you when it’s ready.
